Specialised, Accessible Transport Services for Groups
Our Community Transport Service provides groups of people with specialised, accessible transport.
We are open for use by the whole community, and currently serve the needs of many and varied groups including:
- Voluntary groups
- Statutory groups
- Other agencies
- Community groups
- Youth clubs
- OAP groups
- Disabled sports clubs
- Training establishments
- Residential Homes
- Sheltered Accommodation
- Residents/Community Associations
- Health Trusts
Our dedicated team of drivers and escorts, many of whom are volunteers, provide the service across a 7 day week, 365 days in the year.
We are always open to suggestions for improvement from our membership.
In addition to regular journeys, such as meetings, we can offer trips to:
- the theatre
- special events
- sporting venues
- coastal trips and day trips outside of the locality
Long journeys are available at a reduced rate, e.g., Weston-Super-Mare.
Other journeys include:
- Social Services Day Centres
- Library visits
- North Glamorgan Health Trust chiropody clinics
- Special needs schools and colleges.
